·              Analyzed Air Force supply chain with specific focus on Air Logistics Centers’ (ALC) aircraft parts repair operations in support of HQ AFMC/A4VP.  Prepared monthly comprehensive reports detailing flow days (total repair process time), national stock numbers, individual shops, and delay times / associated causes.

·              Used Oracle based Tool for Application Developers (TOAD) Structured Query Language (SQL) to extract logistics metrics related data from Air Force databases.  Processed data into detailed PowerPoint reports using a series of advanced Access and Excel procedures.

·              Maintained Remedy Action Request System (ARS) database, an automated tool for entering, organizing, and tracking user requests and problems called into help desks.
